Sleep is really important and essential for happiness, because I can’t remember that I didn’t have enough sleep and I was happy that day! So make sure you get 6-8 hours of sleep to earn that happiness you desire and remember that every little thing contributes in your happiness.
7- Get To Know New People:
When you know new people, you gain more experience, and when you gain more experience, especially in something that you love, then that is equal to more happiness, doesn’t it?
